Reflection is vital to growth.

As I have written about self love over these past couple weeks, I have been learning and growing with every post.

Self love is a life long journey and there is so much more for me to learn and share with you along the way.

I want this blog to be a common space for those who are also on this journey of self love or looking to get started. I look forward to continuing to create a sense of community for us as I share my thoughts, resources and experiences from myself and others.

Everyday I see how developing my self love has improved my over all well- being and I wish this feeling on everyone. I hope that I have provided a resource for you and I thank you for making me a part of your self love journey. I hope that you continue to follow my blog as it will only get better with time just us :)
